We believe that no two bodies are alike, therefore no two massages should be alike. We take your history, lifestyle, and other treatments into account in order to design the ideal massage treatment for your body.
We care! And we recognize others do as well. Are you seeing a chiropractor, physical therapist, acupuncturist? Please communicate that to us so we can take that into consideration with any recommendations we give you. There is no cookie cutter recipe to healing a shoulder injury or fixing sore back. Lets all work together to optimize health.
Years of experience in working with active bodies and elite athletes, we can help you!

Our studio can be a little tricky to find! GPS will take you to the parking lot between Pink Lagoon & Muttropolis. However, the entrance to access our studio is further north on Cedros. We recommend street parking or the lot near Pink Lagoon and walking north until you pass the store "Ta-Dah". Through the glass doors, upstairs and find the green door on the left. Definitely let us know if you have any problems. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Each massage is specifically tailored to meet our clients needs. When you book your massage there is an option to leave a message for your therapist. Please feel free to give some detail as to what you are looking for.
Born and raised in the Bay Area. Rosie is a true California girl at heart. Always drawn to athletics, she earned a Bachelors in Sports Science from University of the Pacific (2008) and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. Upon graduating, Rosie accepted a job as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at The University of Kansas where she earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Science while working with their Track & Field program; she spent two years (2008-2010) immersed in competitive collegiate athletics. Continuing her journey in athletics, she moved to Pennsylvania (2010) where she worked with Penn State college, Olympic, and professional athletes with an emphasis in track and field.
To further progress her career and talents, Rosie decided to take a short break from college athletics to pursue massage school. Immediately following the completion of her program, she headed back to her home state of CA to work for University of the Pacific with their aquatics programs.
In 2015, Rosie moved to the active city of San Diego working as a massage therapist at a Physical Therapy/Sports Performance Clinic. During this time, she also got to adventure to FINA World Championships as an Athletic Trainer for the Women's Water Polo Chinese National Team. The following year she decided to start her own business and The Body Remedy emerged. It has been a great journey and she loves how much her business has been able to integrate and support the community. In her free time you can find her out side - whether riding her bike or taking a stroll on the beach with some coffee - she loves to be active.
